Terms of Use

Our web apps are free to use. There are no ads. 

Your use of our web apps is your agreement to these terms.

Ownership

Our web apps are distributed for use only, not modification. We retain full ownership of our web apps, their images and their code.

Indemnity

You use our web apps at your own risk.  We make a good faith effort to reduce any risk of damages from the use of our web apps. We accept no responsibility for any damages.

Google API Services

Our web app will state when we use Google API Services that allow, for example, read only access or read write access to user data. When this is the case, you are first asked to authorize this access. Without your authorization, access is denied by Google. 

We will always request the minimum relevant permissions. We will state why we need such permissions. For example, with RPN Crunch (a calculator), we need to 'connect to an external service', for real time currency exchange rates, to support currency conversions. 

We agree to abide by Google APIs Terms of Service, and Google API Services User Data Policy.

Changes to this User Agreement

This User Agreement is effective as of its revision date and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our User Agreement at any time and you should check this User Agreement page periodically. Your continued use of our web apps after we post any modifications to the User Agreement on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified User Agreement.

If we make any material changes to this User Agreement, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
